This website is operated by GOTTO TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GOTTO TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
3. Industrial & B2B Focus
Our products and services, including custom molds and die-casting parts, are intended primarily for industrial and commercial use. By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing for business or industrial purposes.
4. Custom Orders & Molds
Most of our offerings are custom-manufactured based on client specifications.
Approval: Production begins only after the client approves the mold design or prototype.
Technical Drawings: Clients must provide accurate CAD/3D drawings for mold production.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed may refer to sample costs or mold deposits. Final bulk pricing is subject to quotation based on material costs and order volume.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us if the technical requirements exceed our production capabilities.
6. Intellectual Property
All custom designs and molds paid for by the client remain the intellectual property of the client. Gotto Tech agrees to protect client confidentiality.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed, standard shipping terms are FOB (Free on Board) or EXW (Ex Works).
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon tender to the carrier.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
