Refund and Returns Policy

At Gotto Tech, we pride ourselves on high-quality aluminum die casting manufacturing. Due to the custom nature of our products (molds and made-to-order parts), our refund and return policy differs from standard retail stores.

1. Custom Molds & Tooling

Non-Refundable Deposit: Fees paid for mold opening and tooling are non-refundable once the design has been confirmed and steel cutting has commenced.

Mold Warranty: If the mold fails to produce parts according to the agreed tolerance or specifications, we will repair or remake the mold at our own expense.

2. Custom Parts Production

Since our products are manufactured to your specific technical drawings, we do not accept returns for “change of mind.”

All sales of custom-manufactured parts are final.

3. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive parts that do not meet the agreed technical specifications or quality standards:

Resolution: We will inspect the issue. If the defect is verified to be our manufacturing error, we will offer to rework the parts, replace them, or provide a refund for the defective portion.

Inspection Period: You must notify us within 30 days of receipt.

4. Order Cancellation

Standard Orders: Can be cancelled before production starts for a full refund.

In-Process Orders: If production has already started, cancellation will incur a fee covering material and labor costs incurred up to that point.
